Administration

I am honored to be joining the Millbury Street School community as principal beginning in the 2025–2026 school year. With over 20 years of experience in education, my journey began as a fifth-grade teacher, where I discovered my passion for supporting student growth and building strong learning communities. Since 2014, I have had the privilege of serving as principal of North Street Elementary School here in Grafton.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to fostering an environment where students are inspired to learn and educators are empowered to thrive. Being named the 2020 Massachusetts Elementary Principal of the Year was a humbling recognition of the incredible work our teams across Grafton have done in pursuit of excellence.
I look forward to bringing that same energy and collaborative spirit to Millbury Street School—working alongside students, staff, and families to ensure that every child feels seen, supported, and challenged. Together, we will continue to create a school community rooted in care, curiosity, and high expectations.
Jaclyn Sullivan, Assistant Principal
I am excited and honored to be joining Millbury Street Elementary School as the Assistant Principal for the 2026–2027 school year.
Education has always been a central part of my life. Both of my parents were dedicated educators for more than 35 years, inspiring my own passion for teaching and learning. I have spent over 25 years in education, beginning my career as a sixth-grade teacher. Four years ago, I transitioned into school administration to expand my ability to positively impact students, teachers, and school communities.
Throughout my career, I have prioritized building strong, meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families. I believe that collaboration and trust are the foundation of a positive school culture, one where students feel safe, supported, and excited to come to school each day. My goal is to help create an environment that encourages every student to challenge themselves, reach their full potential, and become the best version of themselves.
I am committed to helping guide young people as they grow into empathetic, responsible, accountable, and respectful members of our community. I look forward to partnering with students, staff, and families to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve success both academically and socially.
I am truly looking forward to becoming a part of the Millbury Street Elementary School community and can't wait to begin this exciting journey together.
